Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: 
Please expect around 1-3 days for me to process and create your order. 3d printing allows me to very quickly redesign and manufacture small batches of items. This means that I usually can handle the demand in less than a day, but during high peak demand times (Thanksgiving/Xmas) this may take up to 5 days. Expect an email within an hour or so to let you know your order is being created! Expect another email within 1-3 days (up to 5 during peak demand times) to let you know your order is on the way

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: 
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
I accept returns up to 90 days after delivery, if the item is damaged in any way INCLUDE A PICTURE AND DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE DAMAGE OCCURED, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the item is not damaged, I will also refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at barrettvelker@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I'll address these on a case-by-case basis and will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
